Traditional White Cheese in Olive Oil

A Philippine firm, C & C Specialty Food Products, is offering to supply traditional white cheese (“kesong puti”) in olive oil.
The product is usually used in culinary preparations such as grilling, pan frying, baking, as well as in making salads, pizzas, pastas and sandwiches. It is made of fresh carabao’s milk, olive oil, Italian spices, garlic, basil and tomato. It comes in 200-g bottles. Shelf life is 18 months. Additional information is available upon request.
Production capacity is 100,000 bottles a month.

The firm was established in 2003.
