A Philippine firm, Connie's Kitchen, is offering to supply putanesca sauce suitable for use in flakes and pasta.
The product is made of crushed and whole tomatoes, salted dried surgeon fish, black olives, tomato paste, capers, extra virgin olive oil, soya oil, and spices. It comes in 210– and 400-g bottles. Its shelf life is six months.
