A Philippine firm, Fortress Food Manufacturing Corporation, is offering to supply cooked taro leaves in coconut cream.
The product is made of taro leaves and stalks, fish flakes, shrimp paste, ginger, bell pepper, garlic and chili. It is available in two variants, namely classic and spicy.
It is supplied in 155-g cans. Its shelf life is two years. Additional information is available upon request.
